Sberbank is interested in employing people with the best skills and training. Most of our employees have completed higher professional education and the number of employees with degrees has been growing continuously. At the end of 2011 it was more than 178,000, a 3% increase on the previous year.

In 2011, the average employee resignation and dismissal rate at the Bank was 14.2% and the employee turnover rate was 17.7%.
